IRC Downshift Blipper for all Yamaha R6 from 20016 till 2016.
For alle modells without YEC-Quickshift-module or without oem-quickshift-function please order additional the IRC Upgradekit for Yamaha Blipperkits, as recommended on the bottom of this site.
During the downshifting, a gear and rpm based blip is activated via the IRC control unit. This ensures that the clutch does not have to be pulled during the downshift.
The IRC switch sensor, which is designed for pull and press, also processes the necessary signal for the quickshift function ifor the original ECU.
All required parameters such as:
- load-force for upshifts
- load-force for downshifting
- blippingtime
- blip activating rpm
- expand or compression set of shiftsensor
can be adapted to the intended use (road, race track), as well to the lever ratios of the used footrest system.
The mounting kit incl. pre-assembled cable harness and connecting material for the shift rod comes as a plug and play kit and therefore fits every footrest system even when GP-Shift is used.
